As one of the domain name industry's pioneers, she also has extensive experience in domain sales, valuations, & marketing.Prior to launching WebVerb and working as an internet consultant, Michelle built domain industry giant, BuyDomains.com, from virtually the ground up. During the first 5 years of the company, from 2000 until 2005, Michelle served as the Director of Business Development, Marketing Director, and Chief Operating Officer. She served as the Vice President of Sales & Services for successor company, NameMedia (formerly YesDirect / BuyDomains). While operating BuyDomains.com, in 2003 Michelle also developed and managed Seeq (now SiteSense™), an advertising platform & search portal network initially consisting of more than 50 vertically-focused web sites. A University of Maryland Alum, Michelle earned her degrees in finance and marketing, where she also lettered in basketball.
